We accept all forms of government insurance from the U.S., Canada and other countries. We also accept Medicare, Medicaid, Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services (CHAMPUS), and workers compensation.

What to pack for your visit
You can set yourself up for success by packing the following for your time at the hospital:
- Eyeglasses, dentures or hearing aids
- Forms of personal identification, such as your insurance policy cards, authorization or claim forms, social security number, or driver’s license
- List of all medications you currently take, including dosage and frequency. This should be done for both prescription and over-the-counter medications.
- Small amount of cash, a credit card or checkbook to for deposits, co-payments or deductibles you may be required to pay upon admission
- Toothbrush, toothpaste and toiletries
