About Women's Resource Center - Zaragoza

We offer an array of resources for women and teens looking for registration assistance, pregnancy support, testing services and classes about major health events.

Services our resource center provides

We offer essential women's care and resources so you can have the healthiest possible pregnancy, or simply have access to the tools and information to live a healthier lifestyle. Regardless of your stage of life, we have helpful information and services for your benefit. Services we offer include:

  • Free pregnancy tests
  • Hospital registration assistance
  • Medicaid-eligibility information
  • Physician referral services to assist you in finding the right doctor for you
  • Prenatal and basic infant care classes

Medicaid application information

We will help you complete your Medicaid application. To get started, you will need the following documents:

  • Birth certificate
  • Picture ID (government-issued driver's license, or identification card)
  • Proof of income (last two pay stubs or a company letter from your immediate supervisor)
  • Proof of residency (utility bill with your address)
  • Social security card
