  Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare, which is made up of Las Palmas Medical Center and Del Sol Medical Center, has been awarded the Texas Ten Step designation by the Department of State Health Services and the Texas Hospital Association, which puts us on the map as breastfeeding friendly hospitals. This designation is awarded to birthing facilities that provide optimal care to improve breastfeeding outcomes and Las Palmas and Del Sol are the only hospitals in El Paso to earn this designation.
